Northlandz is Flemington's Only Train Museum
Northlandz is the World's Largest Model Railroad for which they are in the Guinness Book of World Records. This train museum is located in Flemington New Jersey and is a wonderful place to visit as a family. There is nearly 8 miles of railroad tracks with over 100 trains. Considering how large this museum is, plan to stay there at least several hours. There are so many trains and landscapes to see.
Bruce Williams Zaccagnino, the creator and owner of Northlandz, once said:

The museum is open weekly including the weekends where they can have as many as 1,500 visitors. Northlandz is truly a must visit Model Railroad Museum with huge canyons, cities and villages with thousands of buildings, 4000 to be exact and there are 40 bridges with one that’s 40 feet long. And there a lot of mountains with the tallest reaching 30 feet high with over a half a million trees to boot!
They serve lunch in their famous Club Car Cafe, offering Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs and even Personal Pizzas, Super Soft Pretzels, Ice Cream bars and soft drinks including Snapple and Stewarts Root Beer. You can’t go home until you ride on the
Northlandz Narrow Gauge Engine which is situated out back on their 16 acres of property. It’s worth every penny for the train ride.
Charles and Adam met the creator and owner of Northlandz, Mr. Bruce Williams Zaccagnino and he was very friendly and made sure we saw everything and enjoyed ourselves. He said the keep to visiting is to walk slowly and wait for the trains to come around.
