Day Out with Thomas at the Didcot Railway Centre is magical for the children.
The Didcot Railway Centre hosts a Day Out with Thomas in the town of Didcot in Oxfordshire county England. They are known for their comprehensive engine shed, museum, and collection of extensive Great Western Railway (GWR) steam engines and rolling stock including coaches, wagons, and buildings with small relics. Also there an impressive recreation of Brunnel's broad gauge railway track including on special occasions you could observe the Fire Fly, a replica of Daniel Gooch's 1840 broad gauge locomotive.
Families can expect fun and a wide range of enjoyable children's entertainment. Certainly the children will love to ride with their favorite number one engine, Thomas the Tank Engine or Duck who is modeled after the GWR 5700 Class engine and he still carries the colors of the Great Western Railway. Devious Diesel will be there attempting to sort out the Troublesome Trucks too while the Fat Controller keeps an ever watch eye to make sure his engines are being very useful.
This lovely day will include but not limited to Balloon modelers, Magic Shows, a Circus Workshop and Punch & Judy. Kids really fancy the free treats they receive like stickers, temporary tattoos and the most famous Junior Engineers Certificate signed by Sir Topham Hatt.
There is a souvenir shop for refreshments serving snacks, drinks and lunch and a wonderful picnic area to view the trains. And don't forget the fun activities in the Imagination Station. Avoid disappointment order your tickets today for a Day Out with Thomas.
